Shipping Policy:
Live Koi Shipping is a flat rate of $59.00 per box to anywhere in the continental United States no matter how many Koi you order , there are no additional box or handling charges. The $15.00 Local shipping covers from San Diego South, to Bakersfield North, and to Las Vegas East. Click here to see if your zip qualifies for local shipping. Fish are shipped via FedEx or USPS and live arrival is guaranteed. All Koi are double bagged with 1/3 water and 2/3 pure oxygen and shipped in an insulated box. Shipping day is Wednesday's for next day arrival(Thursday Morning). Someone must be available to receive the shipment. I guarantee that your fish will arrive alive and that you will be delighted with your purchase. Digital picture of dead fish in original packaging provides credit for the replacement of DOA fish. Dry Goods Dry goods must be ordered separate from live Koi to avoid the extra expense of sending them next day air. All dry goods are shipped FedEx Ground at a flat rate of $9.99 per shipment. If your box goes over 20 lbs their may be an extra shipping charge, we will contact you before any charges are added, if this is the case. |
Live Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee live delivery on all orders. While our fish almost always arrive alive and healthy, should you have any losses, our policy is to give you credit toward your next purchase, or refund the purchase price, whichever is best for you. In the event the fish are replaced the customer will pay only the shipping and handling cost. Water Conditions and Acclimation: Our water temperature is 75 degrees this time of year. Our pH is 7.5. When you receive your Koi float them for 25 minutes, then open the bag and add 2 cups of pond water. Let them adjust for 10 minutes then add 2 more cups of pond water, float them for another 10 minutes, then release the Koi into the pond. Do not pour the shipping water into the pond. |
